About me

For 25+ years, I’ve worked with engineers, small business owners, artists, investors, and many more types of professionals. They’ve shown me almost every way a professional can succeed or fail, and I’ve done my best to learn from their stories so that I can pass the learning on to others. I was diagnosed with adult Attention Deficit Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder in 1996. As an engineering consultant, then a management consultant, and now as a coach, I’ve built my career in ways I never could have if I hadn’t learned that people with ADHD do things differently.

I have B.S. in mechanical engineering (Brown University) and an MBA (UNC Chapel Hill). More importantly, I have decades of experience helping other professionals (a third of whom seem to have some form of ADHD) succeed at work, while also learning how to work with my own ADHD. These years of experience are ready to help you.
